Driving with your windows down while listening to music. Jumping into a bed with freshly washed sheets. That first sip of coffee or tea in the morning. Cuddling with your love. Eager to come home and find a pair of wiggle butts (dogs) waiting for you. Having dinner with family and friends. Watching a movie in the comfort of your living room. A beautiful sunset. Seeing and making someone smile. Visiting a new place. Hustling and working hard and seeing the results of your hard work. Posing for the camera and feeling confident. Looking at a photo of myself and thinking “I LOOK GOOD”.

I LOVE Dogs…

If you’ve seen my Instagram account you probably already know that I had two beautiful rescue boxers and they were my babies. It is because of them that I started spending more of my time volunteering for Austin Boxer Rescue. A few years ago, you could find me taking pictures of the Boxers at their adoption events or even see them in my stories when I bring home a Boxer to foster until adopted by their forever family. Now a days, I volunteer fundraising for the rescue and fostering from time to time.

I Married Someone That Has My Back …

Marriage is a difficult endeavor but when have really good things come easily to us? I’ve been married to this man for 20 years and HE IS A VERY SERIOUS man or maybe I am just too silly, BUT there is something in his eyes that tells me every time that he is secretly laughing with me. He lets me be me and supports me in everything I set out to do. He listens, even when he knows I will always do what I already decided to do. He takes care of me and our little family without asking for anything in return. He is kind and I love him.
